Candle on the Way teaches people in the church who have not ministered to others that they can, and gives them an avenue for ministry. There are many opportunities for women to participate at YCF. ​Monday 9:30am - 11:30am the ladies Bible study meets at the church. The women also get together bi-monthly for a "dinner and a movie" where they dine together, watch a movie, and answer "Biblically" related questions centered around the movie. Home Fellowship Groups are intimate small group Bible studies led by mature Christians in the homes of church attendees.
